We hope you are eager to reserve our new BEACHFRONT 3rd Floor Condo less than 1 mile down the Boulevard towards the Gulf State Park from the former condo. The 2nd tower is underway and expected to open in 2024 when we will open reservations for our 4th floor 3 bedroom that will sleep 12.

Very Nice*****
This condo was exceptional. The ease of parking and getting into the building was great (especially with us having small children). The condo was very nicely furnished and perfect for our family of 5. The view is amazing. The condo was clean and we enjoyed relaxing in the main room and also made/ate many of our meals in the condo. We enjoyed walking out to be beach collecting shells (too cold to swim) and the kids loved the heated indoor pool. It was shallow enough that my young ones could touch in majority of the pool and appreciate the zero entry part. My oldest braved the cold and went down the outside slide a few times. The Orange Beach area has beautiful beaches, many great restaurants, water park, zoo, mini golf/amusement parks, laser tag, go carts and much more. The Gulf Coast's newest amusement park, "The Park at OWA" that boasts and indoor water park! Great family destination!
